Human Resources Manager (m/f/d)

You have an open as well as enthusiastic personality and are looking forward to the following main tasks:

• Independent processing of the entire Employee Life Circle
• Ensuring proper administrative implementation of personnel measures
• Recruitment of our new talents
• Accompanying change processes and personnel development
• Carrying out monthly payroll accounting in cooperation with our external payroll department
• Maintenance and further development of the employer branding

Support us with your qualifications:

• Completed commercial vocational training in human resources or further training as a human resources specialist (m/f/d).
• 3 years of professional experience as HR Manager or in a comparable position
• Advanced knowledge of labor and social security law
• Recruiting competence and experience in confidently conducting job interviews
• Enthusiasm combined with high communication and cooperation skills
• Strong organizational skills and a high degree of initiative
• Confident knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
