Assistant to the Management (m/f/d)

You have an open and enthusiastic personality and are looking forward to the following main tasks:

  • Efficient management of the secretariat of the management (including mail processing, correspondence, and telephone) in German and English language
  • Scheduling and coordination of business trips and internal and external meetings
  • Preparation and follow-up of meetings
  • Handling relevant correspondence in German and English
  • Contact person for external business partners and employees
  • Preparation of expense reports
  • Preparation of minutes, presentations, and visit reports
  • Supervision of projects and related written and oral correspondence
  • Coordinating an optimal flow of information between management, internal departments, and external partners

 

Support us with your qualifications:

  • Very good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and independently in different areas of work
  • Absolute trustworthiness and discretion
  • Responsible and independent way of working
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
  • Confident handling of MS-Office (Word, PowerPoint and especially Outlook)
  • Very good organisational skills
  • Ability to deal with stressful situations and still work carefully
  • Friendly and open personality
