Surveys

One visit, everything captured

The survey captures all the important installation data, from lift type to drive and shaft to car, even offline.

Export your survey immediately as a clear PDF with photos and floor tables, ready for your records, systems or sharing by email.

With a liftbook account, the survey including photos can be sent directly to our sales team. Changes can be made in liftbook at any time.

Ride Check

Measured quickly, evaluated immediately

Measure speed, acceleration, jerk, distance and noise of a journey directly with your smartphone and see immediately how smoothly the installation runs.

Export each measurement immediately as a PDF, for sharing or for your own documentation.

liftbook in the app

Your installation portfolio. Live. Mobile.

With the app, you always have liftbook with you. Live data from the control system, availability and journey statistics, documents and appointments for every installation. Stay up to date with push notifications without needing to open the app.

Faster on site

The app knows the shortest route to every installation. At the same time, the dispatcher in liftbook sees on a live map which service technician is closest and assigns tickets accordingly. The live location is only displayed if the technician has chosen to enable it.
