Occasionally, customers request information on 30 year old relay control systems or spare parts for discontinued systems. For this kind of situation our colleagues in the technical support department are able to visit our technical archives or look at our extensive stock of spare parts and can almost always provide a solution to the problem.

You could say from an economic point of view carrying those obsolete parts makes no sense; however, the Kollmorgen philosophy of product support and service has always be paramount in our success.

As well as the extensive documentation archive and product history the service department hold, they also provide training for our customers, which can be tailored to suite your individual requirements.
